How does self check-in work?

Inn Bruges operates a fully contactless check-in system. Before your arrival, you'll receive an entry code for the building and your specific apartment via email or SMS. Simply enter the code at the door — no reception desk, no waiting. Make sure the contact details you provide at booking are correct.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request but cannot be guaranteed — please email hello@innbruges.be to enquire.

Is parking available nearby?

Accepted Answer

The historic centre of Bruges is largely car-free, but there are excellent options nearby. Interparking Katelijne (Katelijnestraat 65) is an underground garage just 30 metres from our front door — open 24/7, €2.20/hour, max €16.80/24h. For budget-friendly parking, Interparking Centrum-Station (8 min walk) starts from €3.50/24h and includes a free bus transfer to the centre.

Is city tax included in the price?

No. The City of Bruges charges a tourist tax of €4.20 per person, per night, for all guests aged 18 and over. This is not included in the total shown at checkout and is collected separately at the property on arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation until 72 hours before your arrival — you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Is WiFi available?

Yes, all apartments include complimentary high-speed WiFi (50+ Mbps). The network name and password are provided in your apartment.

Are pets allowed?

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and communal areas of the property. Guests who smoke inside will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of minimum €150.

Where can I find my booking reference?

Your booking reference number is included in the confirmation email sent after payment. You can use it to manage your reservation via the 'My Reservation' link in the navigation menu.
